Krysten earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Health Services Management from the University of Maryland. She has also earned her certification as a Certified Coding Associate from AHIMA. 

She has 10 years of management experience and 7 years of experience managing outpatient medical departments such as audiology, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
